ACCNI and the Bulgarian Association of Organizations in the Nuclear Industry signed a cooperation agreem

 

 

The Association of organizations of the construction complex of the Nuclear Industry (ACCNI) and the Bulgarian Association of Organizations in the Nuclear Industry signed a cooperation agreement on February 21, 2019, in Sofia, Bulgaria.

 

On February 21, 2019 in Sofia, a meeting of representatives of the Association of Nuclear Industry Building Complex Organizations (ASKAO), the Agency for Consulting and Engineering in the Nuclear Industry (AKAO - NUCEA) took place. ASKAO was represented by Executive Director Malinin Sergey Mikhailovich, who made a report on the activities of the Association.

From Bulgaria, representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, representatives of organizations of Group International Ltd., Technical University of Sofia, Technical University of Veliko Tarnovo, AF-GROUP, and the Bulgarian Association of Nuclear Organization Organizations attended.

During the event, negotiations were held between the Association of Organizations of the Construction Complex of the Nuclear Industry and representatives of the Bulgarian Association of Organizations in the Nuclear Industry, as a result of which a cooperation agreement was signed.

And also, another cooperation agreement was signed between the Association of Nuclear Industry Construction Complex Organizations (ASKAO) and Group International.

The main aspects of the agreements were: conducting specialized activities to create business ties, interacting in the field of attracting highly qualified personnel, developing and implementing training programs for engineering and technical personnel and skilled workers in the construction of nuclear power plants and other facilities, and assisting organizations involved in the construction of nuclear power plants in areas of obtaining the necessary permits, certification and certification of personnel for the organization of work at the construction site, conducted ie joint actions in order to localize the equipment, materials, works and services in the construction of nuclear power plants, cooperation in the development of technical standards and regulations in the field of project management and monitoring and construction technologies, as well as coordination and cooperation on international standards and regulations.

In addition, representatives of the Rosatom state corporation’s OCTS private institution presented the Total Cost Management Nuclear Construction (TCM NC) industry-wide integrated cost and construction time management system as an integrated solution for managing strategic assets for industrial and infrastructure projects Republic of Bulgaria.

Based on the results of the negotiations, it was decided to organize a meeting in Moscow in March 2019 with Group International ltd. to develop steps in the development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
